Van Jenson: Local Graduate -- Local Author
We always hear about "local student makes good", but Van Jensen, son of Tim and Jean Jensen, is a true testament to this cliche.
Van Jensen grew up in Lewellen, Nebraska, and graduated from Garden County High School in 2000. He holds a journalism degree from UNL and worked as a newspaper reporter in Little Rock, Arkansas before moving to Atlanta.
In 2009, SLG Publishing released Pinocchio, Vampire Slayer, a graphic novel written by Jensen. A sequel will be released in 2010.
