TECHNOLOGY ISSUES OR CONCERNS
If you have a computer or technology problem that needs addressed, identify the computer make (i.e. Optiplex GX240), computer name (NorthLab1), computer location, and some kind of numerical identification: i.e. serial number, express code or service tag.
The computer name can be found when you log in. Use the drop down in the third text box (Domain) and the alternate choice is the computer name.
Dell service tags and express codes can be found on the back of the computer or in Start/Programs/Dell Accessories. Serial numbers are generally found on the back of the CPU or the bottom of a laptop.
