GARDEN COUNTY ELEMENTARY RECEIVES AWARD OF EXCELLENCE! The Nebraska Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) recently recognized Garden County Elementary with an Award of Excellence for making education come alive for children! Last fall, Buddy Paulsen from the Garden County Chamber of Commerce and Jennifer Stanczyk from the elementary school coordinated a fall treasure hunt for our students! This event provided an exciting opportunity for our students to get out into the community and search for the hidden treasure in our local stores. These outside activities enrich the lives of our students and community members. We are proud of our local Chamber's commitment to education and appreciate these individual's dedication to making 'education come alive' for our students! Thanks to all who made this great award possible!
