The Purple Pride Booster Club is an organization made up of the parents of GCHS students.  If you have a GCHS student, you are a member of the Booster Club!  The Booster Club needs your HELP!

The hamburger feed at the Homecoming football game is the main fundraiser for the Booster Club. With the money raised at the hamburger feed the Booster Club supports many different GCHS activities.  The main activity of the Booster Club is the Post Prom Party.  Post Prom starts at 12:30 am after prom and goes until 3:30 am.  It is a drug and alcohol free, fun, casino game-filled time!  Students can win cash prizes and with the "money" they earn plating the games can enter in raffles or bid for prizes in 3 live auctions.  There are also special prize drawings for each class and for guests.  All students the stay until the end of Post-Prom get a T-shirt and are eligible to win a class prize.  The Booster Club also sponsors a special recognition of each GCHS activity.

We are needing to recruit some new bodies!!! They have dwindled away with the graduation of last years seniors. Homecoming is September 17th & we need to have a meeting to get things organized for the hamburger feed & concession stand. Your help would be greatly appreciated & anyone YOU might be able to recruit would be welcomed. There will be a Booster Club meeting on Wednesday September 8th at 5:30 pm in the concession stand lobby at GCHS.
